Shipping policy

Digital downloads

Most Velvet Desires Studio products are digital downloads (printable PDF files). Nothing physical ships for a product marked as a digital download, and there is no shipping charge.

Your download is delivered instantly after checkout. You will find the download link in your order confirmation email and on the order status page.

If your download link does not arrive or does not work, email hello@velvetdesiresstudio.com and we will send you a new one.

Printed menus

Select intimacy menus are also offered as a physical, professionally printed version. These are made to order after you purchase, then printed and shipped directly to you by our print partner, Printful. Delivery time is shown on the product page and depends on Printful and the carrier. Tracking, when the carrier provides it, is sent by email.
