Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Digital files are delivered instantly. We refund or replace a digital file only if it will not download, the link is broken, or you received the wrong file. Email hello@velvetdesiresstudio.com and we will fix it.

We do not refund a digital download product because you changed your mind, did not like the content, or opened it and then decided not to use it.

Physical printed menus

Printed menus are made to order by Printful after you purchase. We refund or replace a printed menu if it arrives damaged, is misprinted, or does not arrive. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.

We do not refund a printed menu for a change of mind. These are made for you after the order.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, email us first. We will replace the file or reprint the menu when the problem is on our side.
