These terms apply to purchases from Velvet Desires Studio at velvetdesiresstudio.com. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy.

Who we are

Velvet Desires Studio sells original couples games, intimacy menus, and related printables. Most products are instant digital downloads. Select products have the option to be printed to order and shipped by our print partner, Printful.

Age

This shop is for adults 18 and older. By entering the site or buying, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that adult content is legal where you live. We do not sell to anyone under 18.

Products

Digital products are PDF files delivered by download after payment. No physical item is shipped for a product marked as a digital download.

Printed menus (physical versions) are made after you order. Printful prints and ships them directly to you. Delivery time is shown on the product page and depends on Printful and the carrier.

Product descriptions, previews, and images are there to help you choose. Read them before you buy. Digital files cannot be “returned” once the download is available.

License

You are buying a personal license, not ownership of the design. You may download, print, and use the file for yourself and your partner. You may not resell, share, upload, or give the file to anyone else, including in a group, a course, or another shop. You may not edit our files and sell the result.

All text, artwork, names, and layouts are owned by Velvet Desires Studio.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. You pay at checkout. We do not store your full card number. Payment is processed by our card processor.

Delivery

Digital files are available right after payment is approved. Check your email and the order page for the download link. If the link fails, email us and we will send a new one.

Printed menus ship from Printful after production. Tracking, when the carrier provides it, is sent by email.

Refunds

Digital files are refunded or replaced only if the file will not download, the link is broken, or you received the wrong file. We do not refund a digital file because you changed your mind, did not like the content, or opened it and then decided not to use it.

Printed menus are refunded or replaced if the item arrives damaged, is misprinted, or does not arrive. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We do not refund a printed menu for a change of mind. These are made to order.

Email hello@velvetdesiresstudio.com before opening a card dispute. We will fix a failed download or a bad print when the problem is on our side.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the files for anything illegal. Do not copy our products. Do not use our name or images to sell your own goods. Content is for consenting adults. We do not allow use that involves anyone under 18.

Chargebacks

If there is a problem with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback before you email us may delay a fix. We respond to payment disputes with the order record and the delivery record.

Liability

Products are for personal entertainment and intimacy between consenting adults. They are not medical, therapeutic, or relationship advice. We are not liable for how you choose to use a game or a menu. Our responsibility for a faulty file or a damaged print is limited to replacing that item or refunding that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. Orders already placed follow the terms in effect on the day you bought.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
